I am a BURST Ambassador, that being said, It does not matter what toothbrush you use…. it is how you use it that is important.
This is my opinion and this is the toothbrush I use wo times a day, every day!
Whatever toothbrush you choose make sure you hold it at a 45* angle on the gums to brush the teeth and the gums at the same time.
Brushing your teeth is necessary to maintain good oral health and your overall health.
While there are many options for toothbrushes, some are better choices than others.
Burst is one electric toothbrush on the market I use and like. This video will show the advantages of BURST bristles and give optimal information about gum care and how to properly brush using both of these products.
As a Burst Ambassador, I feel very comfortable suggesting it as an option. The company has excellent customer service, a lifetime warranty with the subscription of replacement heads, which are automatically shipped every three months. There recommend time for changing toothbrush heads for them to be effective.
They are very affordable. You always have the choice of what is best for you and your family.
I will say it again…Which toothbrush you use is not as important as how you use it.
There are so many products on the market to help meet the needs of patients using them.
What might be good for one person another may not like. Which toothbrush you use it up to you!
Knowing the health of your mouth and gums and knowing what your #’s are as important to which tool you choose to use. Toothbrushes only get 1-3 Millimeters below the gum line. Demonstrated in this video. You can use a manual toothbrush as well as long as you angle the bristles at a 45% angle and brush in a circular motion.
You can see why an electric toothbrush for most people is better than a manual. Mostly because of manual dexterity. With an electric brush, you only need to hold it against the gums it is made to do the correct motion.
You should know what your periodontal measurements are so you can get the tools that are right for your particular needs or circumstances.
Ask your dental professional what your #’s are. Cavities, gingivitis and gum disease are silent. Most of the time you do not know you have them until they have progressed to a late stage and have pain or bleeding. See https://youtu.be/hk7RNe1K8E0
You need to be your own health care advocate the more information you have the better you can make decisions that are right for you and your family.
Everyone has different needs.
If you have any question I will be happy to answer them.
